MarsEdit 1.0b12: bug fixes

A new build of MarsEdit—1.0b12—fixes bugs and updates the Help book.

The bug fixes are a miscellaneous lot, including fixes for Blosxom and LiveJournal editing, categories, performance, previews, custom tags, and more.
